The data protection policy of O'YES ASBL, an association whose registered office is located at Square de l'aviation 7A - 1070 Anderlecht, sets out the principles and guidelines for the protection of your personal data, which includes data relating to visitors to the www.depistage.be website in compliance with the legislation, as well as personal data collected via the O'YES ASBL websites and social networks.

The information you provide is only used to answer the questions/risks you ask us via the contact form. This data is not stored on the site www.depistage.be

SMS SCREENING

The SMS tracking module hosted on the depistage.be website does not collect any sensitive data that could be visible/traceable on the website.

In order to guarantee optimal security for the use of the module, the telephone data pre-registered on the depistage.be site are sent to our partner smsparthner.fr so that the SMS can be sent.

  • The so-called "sensitive" data therefore belong to their database and are stored with them. 
  • The system also creates a blacklist, which allows users to unsubscribe from the service and thus avoid "spam" by sending a STOP sms to 36173.
